After making your appointment for our complimentary consultation, we ask that you bring your completed paperwork : Medical history, HIPPA form , Photo consent, and a list of any allergies and medications you are currently taking. Then our staff will greet you, take some diagnostic x-rays, and the examination will be completed by Dr. Valderrama. After Dr. V explains her treatment plan to you and your family, we will give you a financial estimate and Insurance coverage description that explains the cost of treatment and your financial options. We will address questions you have regarding your treatment and then schedule the best time for you to start your new journey to a beautiful healthy smile!!
